To LA:

Zach Hamil

to Boston:

Thomas Hickey

both guys from the 2007 draft have not quite lived upto expectations yet, maybe change of scenery does well for each.

Hamil has underachieved and Hickey isn't as good as he could be yet. With LA's great D pool and Bostons great forward pool, then I suppose both teams could do it on the "change of scenery" ruling.

Both teams keep them in the real world though and let them progress in their own system.

No organization will give anything more then a 5th for Zach Hamil.

He is next to worthless. One of the worst draft picks the last 5 years... Not that the 2007 NHL draft is anything to write home about. What a **** show.

From people that actually watch both the teams and players I've heard that Hamill is actually performing better than Hickey. For 2 teams that have organizational strengths in the position of both of these guys, a deal like this makes sense, though I think it'll happen (if it does) as part of a larger trade between the 2 teams.
