And I don't care what anyone says, Martinek is still the best defenseman on this team.
What?! Have you seen Andy MacDon-
Oh wait...You don't care.

I feel more comfortable with DP in net than Lawson and Poulin, and this is not based upon this game alone.

Totally agree with that. Poulin definitely needs more time in the A and Lawson is just not good.

Grabner looks much more comfortable out there. We need some NHL Quality defensemen on this team asap.

I like MacDonald, but he's not nearly the skater Martinek is.
Better skater, better awareness, and better offensive instincts (when he feels like using them.)
If only someone made him drink some more milk he could possibly be a top pairing d-man in this league.

Dang, KO's timing is so off right now. Botched the pass and got in Marty's lane.

Absolutely brutal. Martinek just had more opportnities in the last 2 minutes than he has had the last three weeks. I would have no problem with him being part of a trade for a top 6 winger in his prime.

The Sabres are a brutal. When the Isles make you look like a bunch of AHL plugs twice in a week, you are bad.

So which goalie would get the shutout credit if Buffalo manages to score no goals?
