Tear it up!!!!!!!!!
Horton and a 2nd are not worth Hodgson and Ehrhoff. Bourque for Krejci is interesting though. I'm not how many Bruins fans will like this (or Flames for that matter) but Krejci would be a nice fit with Iggy.
Why does Boston give up Krejci for Bourque? I don't get it.
Bourque will score a few more goals, put up a few less points and do it at a lower cap hit... and also won't be up for a raise after next season... and it doesn't really hurt them since they have such good center depth
thanks I think it would really benefit both clubs... I know center depth is good but with Savard, Bergeron, Seguin, Colborne and Krejci it does make sense for the Bruins to move a centerman for a winger

In all honesty the last deal is indeed a very good one for both teams.
Boston gets screwed in all 3 deals , this is what I would do;
Liles to Boston for Ference and Paille,
Kesler for Horton,
Bourque for Wheeler
If those teams don't like that, then walk away otherwise the Bruins overpay in all 3 deals.
You clearly overvalue Boston's players by a long mile. The first set of deals is not nearly as far off as you let on. In fact, the second is decidedly in Boston's favor. The other two could be remedied with minor tweaking.
Bruins get a winger and use a center (a position they are ridiculously deep at) to get it. Bourque adds grit and depth scoring and getting rid of Krejci frees up playing time for Seguin.

I thought it was a good deal too. Boston doesn't overpay and Chiarelli doesn't seem to want to pay for true good PMD so getting Babchuck helps that issue.
The center depth issue is one they really should exploit. They are so loaded there, why not use it, especially if it strengthens the goal scoring and frees up some cap space.

Its not a terrible deal.
Seguin is playing wing for us and has plenty of minutes. Julien and Chia are letting him come along slowly, not giving him much pressure. I don't think I'd do that deal. Yes we're deep at center, but as soon as Krejci is gone that means either Seguin or Wheeler moves to center or we call up Arniel. I'd rather keep our centers as is. We're 8th in league scoring, so I'm fine with it.

Let me add a deal to the discussion though.
To NYI:
Ryder
TOR 1st
To BOS:
Streit (assuming he is good to go by the deadline)
Giving up a possible top 5 pick is a lot, but Streit is a great offensive dman who I think makes us a true Cup contender and who is signed beyond the offseason. Ryder can help NYI on the wing and is UFA after this season so they can continue to rebuild. Ryder and Streit's salaries are almost equal so NYI stays near the cap floor and we stay under the ceiling.

probably 3 most unlikely trades ive seen... krejci for bourque???? krejci is younger, better.... also the bruins will not get rid of horton... and they wont get rid of ference and wheeler... as much as i would want them to.
