And Scott Thornton. I remember him saying one of his favorite lines that he had in SJ was Thornton-Ricci-Sundstrom. Who needs talent and offense when you have an awesome checking line like that.

Mr. I is a fan of using hyperbole to make a point. He doesn't use it often, but he uses it well, so everyone should take note.

I can understand the argument that says changing coaches now could be more problematic than keeping TM until season's end.
But if we do fail to make the POs, a change should absolutely be made THIS SUMMER, to a more "progressive-minded" (i.e.puck-movement/attack-oriented) coach and system--Something more along the lines of the system employed in Detroit or Nashville.
This isn't even thread worthy. DL said exactly what any GM would have said when being asked that question. If he is considering firing TM, he sure as hell isn't going to say anything to the press about it.
