The penalty was for roughing. Carcillo never touched Gomez, even if he did come at him. Carcillo was cross-checked and then had a puck shot at him. That alone should have given us a PP. When you add in the fact that Gionta came out Carcillo, we should have definitely had at least one PP.

If you're gonna call Carcillo for "roughing" Gomez there then you should call Gionta for "roughing" Carcillo.

True, I would just like to see a little consistency throughout the league, but I understand schedule making is difficult, especially with more than half the teams sharing arenas with NBA teams.

Flyers need to do something soon to take the game from the Habs. They're forcing the play at the moment.

We've played pretty poorly by our standards.

Pretty sure that wasn't the correct response you should have given me.

The penalty was for roughing on Gionta, as far as it looked to me, which was deserved. Get over it, Carcillo fan1. If it wasn't him we would have had a PP. It was reputation, that will carry Carcillo for the rest of his life.

Nice job by Shelley clearing the puck and Subban without a stick.

Good chance there. They need more consistent play in the offensive zone still.

Habs are a pretty consistent energy team, Flyers are playing a bit laid back and uninterested like its a scrimmage. Watch out if Montreal gets the first goal because its looking that way. Lets get a lead before the first intermission.
