You guys know when we recorded our 30th win last season?
March 12th
LETS GO RANGERS
Hank alone may have 30 by then. Btw that's something I always follow his 30 wins in a season record. I loved that record when curtis martin had it for the jets (1,000 yrds every season) and I love it now that hank has it and is extending it. I'm excitedly hoping he hits 40 this season. If he can make it to 35 with 10 games to go he should do it.

I love that stat as well. Except you have to remember...compared to previous goaltenders lundqvist has his wins stat padded due to the shootout.
I finally caved in and registered here after trolling these forums for a few years I'm loving this Ranger team this year, especially the way they're fighting through all these injuries, all the young kids coming up and contributing and just the all around grit they show. I'm looking forward to the rest of this season and hopefully they win tonight!
We went 38-33-11 last year, after that stat and a strong finish. I'd hope we're over true .500 this year and close to 100 points the way things are going.

Yeah, but you also have to keep in mind that teams also play to deliberately tie (or keep a tie) in order to at least get a point in the standings. I wonder what the impact would be if OT/SO losers got no points.

Welcome!
That's not trolling BTW, that's lurking. Trolling bad. lol

Welcome to the looney bin. Don't go near DrurysWeekend, he bites.
Goalie Tomas Vokoun, who has played just three of the last eight games, practiced while nursing an upper-body injury. DeBoer said he would base his decision on whether Vokoun or Scott Clemmensen would start Tuesday on health reasons.
Defenseman Dmitry Kulikov (ribs) and forward Chris Higgins (hamstring) skated Monday, with Higgins more likely to play after missing the last eight games.

There are much scarier people to warn new posters about than me. I'm not going to name drop, but offdacrossbar creeps me out.
