Issues with their power rankings

http://www.tsn.ca/fantasy_news/rankings/nhl/

Some one explain to me how LA only dropped two spots to tenth after going 3-10 in the last 13 and has a 25-22-1 record?

But the Rangers who have been .500 or better despite their injuries have only moved up two spots?

I could understand if this was a Canadian team since it is TSN, but its not. Personally I see it as a bit of a joke.

Edit: I realize this probably should have had an OT title so mods if you feel it nec. to change, my apologies!

You see those big words at the top of the page that say "FANTASY NEWS"?

Exactly. The Rangers are a horrid fantasy team, offensively.

Yes Sherlock I do see fantasy news. Still though power rankings usually relate to win loss or how well a team is playing.

The crapitals were much farther back when they were playing ****** but have more offensive firepower then the Rangers, so by the same theory shouldnt they have stayed around 10th-8th? No they were 15th maybe a bit higher 18th

Not to mention there are plenty of teams behind us, that have more offensive fire power than us and have similar records to L.A...

actually this is how they're calculated. It's linked to on top of the rankings.

Rankings are pointless. Not sure why people care about them from anywhere.

Besides, it's much easier to be biased when you watch ONE time night in and night out.

If you watched the Kings every night you'd probably think this was justified.

I think they did a good job. Especially if you tread into how they were calculated. Through individual performances and statistics rather than just wins and losses. Considering our injuries we are pretty high on that list

Actually, in deep leagues they're a marvelous team! Guys like Boyle, Prust and Fedotenko are huge when you need a lot of players in a 16 team league!

Oh where to even begin with this mess...

NOONE should be ahead of the Flyers at this point.

If anyone, why Boston? There's better teams than Boston.

How on God's blue Earth are the Hawks even in the top 10, let alone 4th?

There's no way in hell the Sharks are better than us right now.

I love how the Kings ranking talks about how bad they are, and yet still somehow puts them 10th

Atlanta is 21st???? Behind the freakin Panthers no less????

Someone please explain to me how Tampa is 15th. They belong in the top 5.

No way the Ducks are a top 10 team.

I give this joke of an abomination a rating of eight facepalms. The worst list yet.
