Just returned from a spree: the car's washed, the tank's half full, and a hundred's back on the card. Anything I should stock up on drink-wise?

Nice!

I like several types of hounds, but I've always had an affinity for bloodhounds. Someday I may get one. I'll probably get another Brussels Griffon first though.

I have a a gas fireplace. Oddly enough regulated by an electric switch so yeah......

Last year when the power went out overnight temps were down to the 40s in the house before the power came back. I am praying that I don't have to deal with that again.

12 pounds that's just a couple more pounds then I feed my dog a day. He's a 160 pound great Dane and loves his raw beef and chicken. I haven't been able to throw him in a snow bank for two year now. If I'm not careful with him I'm the one in the snow bank. You are correct they are great buddies to have small or big.

In Indy we are getting Ice/Sleet mix. Got a decent amount of sleet last night, and now it's really coming down. I heard up to 2 inches of ice. Then switching to snow.... Snow on top ice is gonna make tomorrows drive to work a lot of fun

I've had 3 German shepards and a lab and now a Westie and no one call tell me the Westie is any less of a dog because she is smaller. If anything she is more so.

Yeah i wouldn't wanna know my melatonin hormone levels (sleeping hormone) during the winter, probably sky high, i think since december 22nd (the darkest day of the year) the day is almost 2 hours longer, it's dark at 4pm now and i think it's so good compared to december.. you learn how to appreciate the sunlight

Damn, that's a lot of food, haha! It takes my dog about 3 months to get through his 15lb bags of dog food

I'm pretty jealous of your Blizzard, I'd take it over 40+ degree days (104+ Fahrenheit).

I'm just glad I'm not in the state that got flooded a few weeks back and is within 24 hours getting hit with a category 5 cyclone.

40 inches?! Jesus!

Anyway, the student in me says skip, but the Canadian in me says that it can't be that bad.

But seriously, it's gonna suck.

But we do get our fair share of sunlight in the summers, "midnight sun" in june, the sun doesnt really go down during that time... so that's kinda neat, although the dark periods in the winters are a lot longer.

Josh, you're a nerd.

I'll be drinking and playing NHL11/BlackOps for the next 2 days. Anyone play either on ps3?
