That would be nice but unless there is a coaching change the current staff seems to be in love with him playing/getting in the way with JT.

Once Grabner gained the confidence he needed to play at the NHL level he has been very good. Okposo also seems to have found his game. Fun to watch!

I guess we draft Larrson now. We don't need RHN since we have Grabs!!!!

KO's speed will compliment Grabs nicely.

Wow Grabner and Okposo made that last goal look so easy.

If people don't believe if we had Streit and Okposo all season we would all be looking at a playoff contender and not looking at a high pick again. But none the less a trade of this years 1st and a player might get something back that we could use this season. (Just a thought)

Looks like you brought up DP this time chief.

Oh wow, Poulin is the second coming of Billy Smith. DP must never start again.

Whatever. Got a win, super.

This team is just a much better team with KP in net as opposed to DP. I really do hope Dipietro finds his game again at some point, but honestly, I think he's done.

Start him down in Bridgeport next season, see if he can rebound, if he can't keep him down there until he retires out of frustration and hope that Poulin can become the goalie we hope he is.

There's an energy about this team with Poulin in net, much moreso than with DP. They actually feel like a young team to watch with him in there- he settles a lot of question marks for this team.

I noticed him being active throughout the game. Was one of his better performances this evening.

I agree with your stance on DP. Why do so many people have to get their panties in a bunch over DiPietro (both sides)? Why does there have to even be sides? I just hope he gives us a chance to win every game.

Typical seeing an ex-Isle score this evening, but an enjoyable game.

A lot of good bounces for the Isles. They made good use of an often very sloppy Atlanta team.

Grabner continues to play well and it's great to see Okposo get back into things on the score sheet. Two opportunistic goals this evening. More importantly, we had two lines causing some havoc tonight.

Interesting seeing Schremp on the 4th line wing. Have no problem with that. Speaking of Schremp, Nick Peverly is basically everything I'd always hoped Schremp could be.

That guy Thorburn looks like he's right out of Highlander.

Ohhh, and congrats to Hamonic for scoring his first ever NHL goal. May it be one of many in an Isles' uniform.

I agree Coliton was very active in the defensive zone. On the other hand. I tried to keep a eye on Bailey and man does he have to take his 'compete' level up several levels...

Grabner was simply incredible on that assist to Okposo. Normally on breakout, our player would either lose the puck upon entry into the offfensive zone, dump it in, or take a low percentage shot off the boards after a drop pass.

Grabner single-handedly turned an uneventful rush into a goal opportunity. Speed does wonders

He's not done. The guy has only played 13 games the last 2 seasons up until this season. I know we are passed the half-way point but it's going to take awhile for him to get back to his standards. And honestly, he hasn't been that bad, he's had like 2 real bad games, in philly and in carolina. For instance last game he allowed 4 goals but you couldn't blame him for any of them. I find it funny though that even when he plays real well no one even says anything, matter of fact people still find ways to knock him when he won and played well. I love Poulin, I think he's great and could be our goaltender of the future, and I want him to succeed, but I would bet anything that the fluke goal off Hamonics stick that he allowed tonight if that were DP in net guaranteed people would blame DP for it, which is totally ridiculous.
