And is Ryan Smyth secretly on the verge of having a 30-goal season lmao? 21 goals?! wtf? When did this guy score 21 goals?

Someone get Taylor Hall to play against Doughty every night.

He played with some god damn intensity.

Also, in the Sharks/Ducks game, just root for no OT. Coyotes got crushed tonight. The Pacific is bunching up with the Sharks/Kings winning and the Coyotes/Stars/Ducks falling off a little.

Kings took a giant step towards the playoffs tonight...and only in part because of the 2 points.

I actually got up out of my recliner to watch that 4th Kings PP, they didn't score on that one but it was so nice to be excited again when we draw a penalty.

Yes. But it would be nice to avoid a 3 point game in ANA vs SJ.

EDIT: Above is correct.

Snyth has been a force on the PP, gotta give him credit he has been very good the past few weeks which is nice to see because it was about this time last season that he started to fall apart.

He is still slow and a defensive liability at ES but his goal-scoring has been huge.

I wouldn't say that. He's certainly not good defensively, but I wouldn't call him a liability.

I think he and Williams should be put back on the top line.

Solid win for the Kings tonight. It only took 50 or so games for Murray to remember that Drew and Johnson should be on the first PP unit. Strange for a coach that changes lines every other shift.

Orenji is perfect when he posts his GDT.

Johnson is making his new contract look like a steal. Hope he keeps it up.

Watching this Ducks/Sharks game is tough when your rooting for Niemi to hold a lead, it really is an adventure with every shot.

I'm sad Smyth got that second goal. I wanted Drew to get a goal and I wanted Kopi to get a point. Kopitar has been cold on the stat sheet.

Just checked the Oilers board. Wow, do their fans hate Doughty or what?

He must be doing something right
