Well, I like reading posters opinions about Ranger players since I don't get to see them often enough to really have an opinion. Allows me to get to know the league a bit better. Part of that is asking you guys about them and so on.

All this because I said Prust was late on that play? He was. Didn't say anything beyond that. Even said that's what guys like him have to do.

Didn't think that constituted trolling.

So you are just one of those happy lads, looking for new friends?

Good effort this far! Looks like the early start is not affecting them at all.

Dubi-Boyle-Cally looked great on the PP. They should start with that line every time.

Decent road period. Very exciting. Biron was excellent. Rangers gave up to many shots and took to little. Refs aren't helping.

Prospal practically got ass ****ed on his way to the net and nothing got called but hey when your in montreal you may as well be playing pitt.

Gabs, drop the puck off for someone then get around your guy. Don't try to take it through 2 people...

Nice effort NYR. Keep it up.
Good effort, but the Rangers have absolutely zero strategy. What's their gameplan? To cycle to the puck endlessly without a shot?

I thought all of the forwards looked good, especially dubi, but I wish they could put it together for some productive.

Everyone knows he was late. What's the point of saying it here. We don't care that much because he's our player. It's part of being a fan. We're going to take less exception when our guys do something questionable. It's human nature. You're fighting a losing battle here. Just move on.

Excellent first period. I really like the effort and intensity. Early thoughts folks?

I think McDonagh, Girardi, Dubinsky, and Gilroy all had a very good period.

you kind of indicated, maybe not on purpose, that that's all he's good for which is just not remotely the case

I like what we're doing defensively. I get scared when I see Del Zotto in our zone...
