Doesn't look like there will be any stream at all for the game. Shame. Starts in less than two hours. Only one on firstrow is for Nurnberg vs Eisbaren.

Am basically listening to radio, for no reason what so ever cause I have no idea what's being said. But I've heard offsides, and they just said Benn's name for the first time. Along with powerplay.
I found 2 good quality DEL stream sites aside from firstrowsports that might be worth keeping an eye on. I'm watching the Nurnburg vs. Eisbaren on laola1.tv. It seems to be more of a gamecenter DEL and it looks like there will be a highlight recap on the 2nd channel later....maybe? I hope its a recap of all games at the end of the night, we'll see. The other one is servustv.com. Both streams are better quality than firstrow and no ads or pop ups.
This would seem to be the DEL schedule that goes with both servustv.com and laola1.tv:
According to the schedule, Hamburg was last streamed on Sept.23, and will not be stream again until November, so take from them what you will. At least it's a way to follow the DEL in some capacity. Maybe a poster from Germany can inform us further.
from what i can tell looking at the shot totals it seems that Hamburg outplayed the opposition by a pretty decent margin and was probably unlucky not to score another goal or two. Jamie Benn was magnificent I'm sure
Good first game for Jamie! Took him some time to get his legs going, but he showed what he is capable of. He "assisted" on the first goal when he passed back to the blueline to Mathieu Roy, whos shot was redirected twice (that's why the assist was taken away). In the last minute he took almost every faceoff in the own zone and won them all.
Tomorrow there should be a video with game highlights. Unfortunately there is only one game on television each gameday and the freezers are not scheduled for one in the near future (they just had two TV games) Gonna post a link to the highlights tomorrow

Thanks for the report! From the sounds if it they're using him at Center then? (as he should be)

He was listed as a center on the scoresheet. I imagine that was a stipulation of his to sign with a team. Since he's still very new to the center position, he probably realizes playing games at center is important.
If you need any answers as to the whereabouts of some of the old household hockey names of yestyear, they're probably putting back their nightcap as I post, at 5:30am local time in Germany. I had a good laugh when I saw Druval Westcott listed on the Hamburg roster today! Who could forget a name like Duvie Westcott?! haha

Hamburg's coach likes to switch lines all the time, and the team has quite a few centers playing on the wing, so it's not always easy to say who plays where
Benn played mostly at center, with the occasional shift on leftwing and exclusively on the point on the powerplays.
