And the caps also had someone on the doorstep to put it in had the whistle not blown. Oh well these things happen, nothing you can do about it.

It must be exhausting to be a Penguins fan, having to constantly defend Cooke and blame Steckel. The amount of cognitive dissonance required to root for Pittsburgh is astounding.

True that.

When you play the puck in the corner, you should expect to be boarded by player leaving his feet, and defend yourself accordingly.

Sucks about the quick whistle, but I at least understand why the ref did it. There have been bigger injustices. PP looked really good, if not productive. Sharks are a good team, so I'm not despairing if they have a shots advantage.

Pretty much how I feel. It sucks, but I understand why, and these things happen. On the injustice scale of one to ten, this is like a 2.5.

So keeping perrault as the 2nd C is a sign he's not going to stay after the deadline, at least not in NHL right?

I'm liking what I see from Semin so far. Just realizing that he has pretty decent size, can be strong on the wall and his release is lightening fast. His skating is very good.

Erskine's skating has so improved from last year. Staight line he is fast.

Sloan is doing okay too so far. Olympic speed is still there.

Ovechkin standing around, should have been called for lazy hooking there.

Bjoern MP now doing well at 2C is a sign that he will be our 2C after the deadline. I am not sure how George feels, but i think if MP keeps racking up the points for the next few weeks, I think he is here for the rest of the year. Hejda.
