Leach, 31, who played 28 games with the Sharks last season, had been captain in Worcester, but had been passed on the San Jose depth chart by both the hotdog vendor and a dead cat .

Hopefully Leach plays for the Devils when The Sharks play them. Be nice to score 5-6 goals again.

Sharks are in Jersey for game on Friday - unless there's a severe injury at practice tomorrow, I'd expect him to be in Albany.

feels like the ol' "mutual breakup" or "creative differences" lines.
swift was OHL overage player of the year (played for 2 yrs with pietrangelo) and true to his name is purportedly pretty quick. undersized but otherwise a pretty complete albeit late-developing player it seems. a modest proposal by DW

Sounds like AHL Albany could use a shake up, so could be beneficial to all parties.

Oh thought since Joslin isn't doing anything but carrying luggage that it was a crack on all three.

I'm happy for the Worcester fans here since I've read all of your rants about how bad Leach is.

How Zalewski has fallen though...to think a couple of years ago teams were calling about him and DW was turning them down...

Leach was also a serviceable 6th d-man. Not ideal, but he did work out when called upon.

DW just turned a 5th round pick (Zalewski) into a 4th round pick (Davis). Booyah. BOO - FREAKING - YAH! That's how you do it Dougie! That's how you do it! Asset management!
Welp, hopefully one of these guys can make the NHL someday.

Everyone involved had his NHL contract traded, so it's an NHL trade.
