Gigantic win, and possibly my favorite game of the season. Incredibly tense.

Stars move two clear of San Jose.

Ducks just tied Calgary 4-4, will get at least a point there, probably.

Crap, Ducks win.

Doesn't sting too much since we won too, but it'd be nice to get some more breathing room as we're now alone atop the Pacific again.

GWG by Cam Fowler. Suck on that, GMJN.

The minute we went to the shootout I knew we'd win. I was thinking.. "after 7 years playing with Turco, these guys know the book on him right?" First shot Brenden Morrow (who's absolutely horrible at shootouts) beats him five-hole and I knew we had it in the bag. Turco's five-hole is bigger than Crawford's hair spikes.

**** yes. Amazing comeback. I think the end of the first period might have been the lowest point in our slump, and finally these guys broke out of it. All we needed was to face the guy who cost us two seasons of playoff bearths.

I told my dad that if they scored on the 2nd power play I was outta there. Kari kept me in my seat.

That was my breaking point as well, I told myself that if the score was 4-0 I'd stop watching. Ridiculous save.

Also, Turco looks weird with those red pads on.

Vincour looked incredibly composed for his first stint at the NHL. He didn't make any noticeable mistakes while I was watching, made the safe plays, and that's all I was hoping for.

For some reason, the first LA game out of the lock out kept coming to mind tonight. Would've been fitting had it been 4-0 in that situation.

WE NEED THIS:

HAH A young me says hello..

Suddenly in the 2nd all the big guns from Chicago went missing when we started to shut our blue-line and got some pucks deep and away from Turco. Luckily Robidas got his goal before the break and with the pressure we got even Keith and Seabrook playing like rookies.

OK the Morrow goal was probably over the crossbar but after that they only had the Kopecky shot and nothing else. We had our chances to win it on the PP but all in all after a comeback like that I don't even care that the Blackhawks got a point.

Now on to the CBJ who have played well every time I've seen them. Tough game, hopefully we get Petersen back to that one. Vincour I think should be taken to the Canadian tour, he was awesome.
