Habs are one of the worst teams in the league when leading after two periods. After tonight our winning% leading after 2 period is lower than even the Sens. 8th worst in the league.
I dunno. I thought I heard they were something like 19-1 or something like that.
Pacioretty and Desharnais are playing better each games, White was impressive tonight and surprisingly got 5 shots. Pouliot was good, Gomez and Kostistyn are playing worse each games, Pyatt is useless and Eller need to be send down to Hamilton. Where is Halpern and Moen?
Without Markov, Gorges and Gill our defense can't really play defense and the vets are really showing sign of fatigue.

I think we have the players to get it done, they are just not being given the chance. On top of that, the wrong players are getting all kinds of ice. No more Gomez and AK. They suck. Pouliot deserves some ice time. It's getting ridiculous.
When Martin is your coach, who's terrified of benching veterans, you'll probably never see it.
Eller is pretty much always the first one back defensively. Followed by Akost and Gomez eventually gets back.
Is it just me, or does Gangsta never deliver in the shootout? He's a beast during the game, but it seems to me he loses all creativity once it's one on one with the goalie.
I would like to know what his breakaway percentage is. can't be better than 40%. I love the guy though.

He hasn't been that tough in years, he will hustle but he won't fight. Blaming that on the Habs is absurd.

True, but put it in context....a loss to the Devils, a pounding by the Bruins, a loss to the worse team in the league, and the Leafs licking their chops for Saturday night.

Completely agree with this. One of the things that had me pumped about Wiz was that he had a little bit of crazy in him... Same reason I was happy about Moen coming here. Not any more.
I guess I'm about the only one content with a point. I know it was the Islanders but they probably enjoyed the comfy evening last night. Tonight they could play against a bedraggled and beleagured team.
Go home and get some rest boys and just be ready for the Leafs.
Injuries to the D right now are critical. Wear and tear showed tonight but look at some of the minutes played by some who had a rough ride last night.
As much as I want to complain I'd rather support them except for Gomez. LOL
