Sure, when we look inside North America. There are social programs in France and Switzerland that still put us to shame (that is not to say the education system).

Just saying that there's no harm in striving for better from your government.

Cost me $1500 at Memorial University of NL, tuition freeze is up after this year though.. So not sure what that means

What about CEGEP? I remember my cousins only had to pay the books and registration fees. You can get your first two years done cheaply by going their first.

cegep has tuition fees too, not as much as university but they exist
