He played much better his first game IMO. But for him back to back nights gotta be tough, hope he comes around. Icing on the cake, nice win Preds.

Fisher played a good game I thought. 12 -4 faceoffs. I saw a nice hit. Screening on Shea's goal. I was surprised Trotz had him out to try to lock it down at the end, thought players familiar with each other should be there, but Fisher helped get it done.
Franson got more on his shot than I expected with such a short stroke. Nice.

I think that is a good move by Trotz, he showed him right away that he is fully in trust with him, and that is just give him more boost and confidence.

Great game to go to tonight. Loved the atmosphere of the crowd and most of all loved Fisher's game play tonight. I've watched him with the Senators and couldn't be any happier that he is on our team.

Dumont used to be a good player, but he aged five years in less than six months and doesn't really have much left these days. That's why he gets so little ice time.
Saw Dumont at least twice on the back door, wide open, just waiting for a rebound or 6-8 foot flip pass that never came from the opposite side of the net. Positionally sound, just no puck to tap in.

I thought Wilson had a weak game. He still looks like a rookie out there at times. Giveaways, bad decisions with the puck, trying to do too much. He needs to simplify his game IMO.
Even though Leggy wasn't one of the 3 stars, I thought he was our best forward tonight (maybe after Erat).
