GDT Fisher vs Forsberg

If joetime shows up you can delete this

Okay hopefully this will work out. If we lose, don't blame me, I just saw that we didn't have one and needed one up.

AVS VS PREDS

Radio: Preds Radio Network Flagship - 102.9-FM WBUZ
TV: None local, might be able to find a Colorado feed though

TONIGHT’S STORYLINES VS. COLORADO
The Colorado Avalanche visit the Music City for the first time in more than a year tonight, the second of four meetings between the Avalanche and Predators in 2010-11. Their first meeting of the season came Jan. 20 and saw Nashville tied its highest goal output ever against Colorado, scoring a pair of first-period goals, and three more in the third en route to a 5-1 victory. Twelve different Predators reached the scoresheet in the victory, and Pekka Rinne stopped 32-of-33 shots as Nashville improved to 4-1-0 in its last five games against the Avs. Two of those four wins have come in Colorado’s last two trips to Nashville – Feb. 4, 2010 and Oct. 8, 2009.

And yes I am not above copying and pasting...

So excited for this game tonight! Fisher, Forsberg, and a sell out! Doesn't get to much better for me.

Should be an exciting game for you guys. Fisher should be flying (as guys with a fresh start usually do). Still not liking the 25, 29, 33 line. Not sure it makes sense but 33 scored last game regardless.
Avs losing last night, they may come out super strong. Hope Nashville does too!

Hoping Fisher has a Steve Sullivan-esque first game.

That really blows. Those lines look bad compared to the lines predicted with Goc available.

I really had hopes with Fisher with Hornqvist.

And was looking forward to Wilson, Leggy, and Dumont. I'd prefer Dumont over Ward on the new line. Smitty and Wilson already will go to tough places, no need for Ward. Who will make the plays and who will finish?

Oh well. Can't do much about Goc being hurt. Hopefully Trotz is correct in his choices.

fish seems to have been told to park himself in front of budaj as much as possible tonight.

made a pretty good steal in the defensive zone as well.

Does anyone know how serious the Goc injury is? I thought it was minor and he would be back tonight... guess thats not the case.

Some Ottawa fans noted that Fisher's faceoff's weren't as sharp this year as in past years. But he was 4-0 in the first period. Nice clean one that he won off of Duchene in the Preds defensive zone that we brought up ice and got a chance on. That was cool.

We needed a right handed face off man. It was a bummer Smitty was the only one

We'll take 10 and 3 on draws every period though.

I had decided that Smitty centering Ward and Wilson was looking better than I expected. I step away for one minute and Colorado scores with those guys on the ice. I only saw the tail end of the replay so have no idea what happened. Just saw Smithson and Wilson working to catch up to the play so I assume a turnover?

Holy cow. I got confused as to which end we were on because O'Brien looked like he was shooting at our own net. Wow...
