You have a funny username (no disrespect meant).

I am stoked. Edmonton was fun and I wish I was there, but I'm gonna tell myself that I'll at least be warmer than those fans at McMahon.

I just wish Heritage would get half the in-your-face coverage that Winter got. Seriously..

I know the Heritage Classic has like none. I don't see any ads on tv like the winter ones

That'll get updated as the date gets closer. It never ends up being what it says it'll be when it comes to the long range forecast in Calgary.

So stoked, can't wait to go! Be cheering on our Habs against the Calgary Ronald McDonalds!

In Calgary I'd wait until Sunday morning. A Chinook could blow in and all of a sudden its 5 above at game time. I remember many years ago it being 15-20 above in February.

Haven't got it yet, but I've been tempted to grab it the last 10 times or so I've been in my local hockey store lol. I worked a game with a Flames fan yesterday and working another one with him on Friday night, might pick it up before then and taunt him haha.

Interesting facts of Herritage road trip

Mods this is not a trade thread* I just want peoples oppinions and speculation of the roadtrip

Brendan Nash, Michael Cammalleri, and Jaroslav Spacek will be on the road trip.

Cammalleri should be in the line up for herritage classic sunday, Jaro Spacek, was game time decision, and the injury or whatever it is, well its not known to public.

Montreal has scouts following nashville, our ast. gm is there to, and PG will join them for thursdays game. Yesterday on the TSN website they had injury reports for the day and under Nashville, it had Jaroslav Spacek as a gametime decision.

So could there be a trade on the western trip, is this why Brendan Nash is with the team. It could be a coincidence but come on its fun to speculate.

While were at it lets all predict the out come of the winter classic? I'm going with a 3-2 shootout

ROFL at TSN's screw-ups fueling trade rumors. I'd be more than fine with Nash in the team and Spacek gone though. Mostly because I think that we will make the playoffs with or without Spacek, and that it would free space for next year while giving some ice time to some future prospect who might make mistakes and cost a game here and there but might also help the team for more than one more year. And hell, Spacek makes mistakes too!

My guess is really that Nash is just there because we need somebody in case Spacek isn't ready for the Edmonton game, but speculating is always fun when nothing's happening.

I attribute the Predator thingie to a poor sucker who accidentally pushed the Nashville icon which probably is directly after the Montreal icon when the teams are listed alphabetically.

Nash is going because Gill is also injured? Even if Spacek plays the Habs need an extra if Gill can't go. I can understand having a spare body because it's an unknown who else may be playing injured especially one of Subban, Wiz, Hamrlik - the guys who have played a pretty full complimentary of games but have knowingly been involved in physical play or have had recent health issues that we know of to date.

I agree - I thought Martin said last night Spacek was making the trip - I thought he said it with no hesitation and that he was day to day.

Maybe he is getting traded. LOL

I must be alone on my island thinking that these regular season outdoor games are not a great thing.

They should do the All-Star game outside, that's it.

It's a cool concept and what not but I think the novelty will wear of real fast. Especially for those who go to one and may realize how the cold plus terrible view does not equal a good experience.
With that being said, I'm going this sunday and I'm pumped! haha
