Unpossible, they took our soul last week. Moar toughness, Laraque FTW, *insert bad smurf joke*, etc.

You know you have injuries issues when 4 out of your 6 starting Dmen have a two-way contracts.

I hope Carey Price will be game sharp tonight cause we gonna need him with that awful defence. I just hope the kids keep it simple.

It seems to happen to us every year. It is a testament to the team and the system that we are able to remain competitive despite having so many injuries to our d.

Who knows, maybe the team and system are why we have that many injuries? I'm not saying one way or the other, but it's an interesting debate.

Could be. I think Martin's style of play requires a high level of fitness and the ability to play a high tempo game. It could be too much for some players. Or, it could all be a damn coincidence.

I remember reading somewhere last year that it was Martins fault if so many Ds were getting injured. The logic behind the comment was because of the system of Martin, Dmen had to block alot of shots and had to go the dirty areas and were more injury prone than they should be.

I didn't know what to think of it, I still don't, lol.

That versus this:

Markov - PK
Hamrlik - Spacek
Gill - Gorges

The new line up looks UGLY! I think that our first priority would have been for a forward. Now? I'm not so sure anymore. Might have to go after a Kaberle, Phillips or Brewer. My personal favorite would be Cody Franson but I doubt that we could land him.

More like :

Markov - PK
Hamrlik - Wiz
Gill - Gorges
Spacek - Weber

Ain't so bad. Could be better, but it's not so bad.
