RFA who might not be qualified

http://www.tsn.ca/nhl/news_story.asp?id=89327

If they aren't qualified Jeff O'Neil and Eric Daze should be the most interesting players to the Flyers. Should they target them? 2 1st line wings in the midst of their prime years?

Blackhawks have already stated publicly that they are making a qualifying offer to Daze.

I would pass on Jeff O'Neil and I have serious question about Eric Daze staying healty... We have enough Jeff O'Neil(Tony Amonte and John Leclair) on this team. We have enough over piad and under achiever on this team... Please no more over piad players Thank you...

O'Neil is an overpaid underachiever? How?

Daze I'd take a risk on. 6'6 and 235? Low base and huge on bonuses and incentives.

Don't forget after Gagne the Flyers have virtually no scoring depth on the wings.

Daze has had back problems the past two years and missed basically all of both seasons.

O'Neil would be a decent addition if the price wasn't too high.

I have a hard time beleiving Daze won't be qualified.

Even though he missed 63 games with his back last season, I'd love to have the guy. Don't see it happening though.

The Jeff O'Neill that Bennevol thinks is over the hill.

Not the one that got qualified, and signed today by Carolina.

Isles told their beatwriters that they'll be qualifying all their rfa, except for Eric Cairns.

Toronto O'Neill?

Is there something I'm missing...?

And when you're Jeff O'Neill, provided with the correct help around him (i.e. not glorified 3rd liners and young kids on the top lines) he can be a 35 goal scorer. He isn't a playmaker, he can't do it by himself. There were times before he scored 40 goals where he was an 'underacheiver'

I acutally cannot find an official link but spectorshockey.net is reporting that Gormley states all the RFA have been qualified that were on the roster last year (Gags, KJ, Feds, Radio, Handzus).

I think I saw somewhere that all of them except Fridge and Radio are electing for arbitration.
