Like I've said before, the Jackets still plays everyone in the West at least 1 more time except for Anaheim and San Jose, to which they've already lost tiebreakers.
So they can make up the ground if they can beat teams they are directly competing with for playoff spots.
That and if they can finally turn the corner in divisional play. Especially Nashville.
And even if they don't make the playoffs, I think this draft is pretty deep this year so picking in the 10-15 range isn't as bad imo as it would have been last year. I'd rather see this team continue to play well this year, last year I was all for tanking after that horrible stretch.
Maybe I'm a bit selfish since I already have tickets to later games, but I'd prefer those games mean something when I go to them
I've heard just the opposite; the draft this year isn't going to be as good as it has been recently.
