If Bernier is your goalie of the future, make that commitment and trade Quick to Florida for Vokoun. While you're at make it a larger deal and include Hickey a 1st and whatever else for Weiss.
People around here complain about Kings fans being unreasonable yet people post plenty of crap like this and then get mad when Kings fans react to it.
How in the heck would this suggestion make the Kings better? Vokoun is a UFA after this season, yet you suggest the Kings trade Quick for him and make Bernier the goalie of the future. Then Vokoun walks in the summer and the Kings gave away Quick for nothing. That's real smart asset management. Florida would take that and run, seeing as they would have their next starter and one locked up at $1.8 mil for 2 more years.

The difference with Parse, is Lombardi believes he is a top 6 player who can be a goal scorer, he has just not stayed healthy. with Purcell and Moulson, he didnt see the effort and drive to be a complete player...
