Ill have to check you guys' GDT before each game. Itll be good to actually have a GDT with lines shown to look at, as opposed to some teams that I have fantasy players from.
usually not known until the morning skate on gamedays.

leftwinglock.com is a good site for goalie info

34-1-4 in games they led going into the 3rd isn't really finding ways to lose, IMO.

Apparently, Emery finished the first period, but didn't come out for the second. Ellis is in. I hope that doesn't mean that the hip isn't standing up to play.

Hopefully to test if he can start a game fine instead of filling in?

Agreed. Maybe it's precautionary.

Ducks beat the Blues 2-1. Emery stops 30 of 31 and earns the 2nd star.

good for him.

agreed, but that is stat for whole season... in last 20 games Flyers have 11 wins, just like Crosby- and Malkinless Pens and they had injuries to other F during that time

Reports indicate that Pacioretty can start to rehab in 3-5 weeks. Does this mitigate in any way the Chara hit and subsequent non-suspension? I think not, given the violence of the hit and how long Pacioretty was unconscious. It does show how much of a circus the whole affair became, especially in Montreal (surprise, surprise), when people were speculating that his career could be over.

...I mean, he's literally lucky he didn't die or at the very least suffer some paralysis. That's not really exaggeration.

The stupidity of it all is that it isn't like that's the first hit/case where a truly dangerous hit has happened, however.

I'm pretty amazed there wasn't a suspension. That is one situation where you do punish the result. Let players know they need to be careful there.

edit: though if the statements made by several other players mean anything, they're all already aware that they need to be careful with hits in that spot.

Devils have lost 4 games of the last 28, but 2 of them are to OTT.

Tonights loss probably puts them in almost required perfection mode to make it now.

Subban starts to react before the stick hits him. and I think it gets him in the pants, which is very protected.

Subban definitely has no friends outside his own locker room.

He may be talented, but his ego and attitude really doesn't belong on any team.

The mouthy version of Zherdev if you will.
