FWIW, it was a legit waive-off because Lehtonen was in the crease and bumped by Holmstrom (though lightly) as the puck went by him. Holmstrom has all the responsibility to avoid the goalie when the the goalie is in the crease, not the other way around.

Robidas can't avoid shooting it straight into the guy in front of him and Woywitka can't avoid shooting it wide.

Lehtonen was at the edge of his crease but with most of him in the blue paint. Holmstrom backed into him (with no defender in the frame) and bumped into him lightly as the shot went by both. Waived off for incidental GI.

Lehtonen was in the crease (the edge of the crease counts as in the crease). Holmstrom's positioning is irrelevant because it was a bump, not a screen.
