is anyone interested in starting/joining a sabres group on facebook for the hfboard members? i thought it would be cool to have another place to talk about sabres hockey, plus i live in kansas and have no facebook friends that care about buffalo hockey haha. let me know!

can you post the link to the page? i was just going to have everyone post their facebook addresses in this thread, then make the group and invite everyone. but if there's already a group, then what's the link so we can join?

all you do is search or type in Buffalo Sabres and either accept their link....
the point is, the Sabres, as most teams do, if not all, have pages on Facebook, so there really isn't a need to create another "fan page"
this is the link to the group I made for Buffalo Sabres HF Boards..if it works, then join and we can see how it goes. If it does not work, let me know and I can try and fix it.

are you trying to steal my thunder?? haha. groups are resourceful because if we get people to join the group, then we can do a live group chat during the game.
also, if anyone wants to add me on facebook, feel free to. i'm a lonely lost soul looking for friends on teh internetz.
Probably irrelevant, but I think this has been done before. Not sure if you would be more interested in reviving the old group.
There's also an HFBoards IRC channel with a #Sabres room that a few of us use regularly doing the games if you're looking to chat but didn't know it existed - there's a "Chat" link toward the top of the menu. Once you login, just join the Sabres room by typing "/join #Sabres".
