After Irving, Williams and Kanter..there isn't a hell of a lot to like.

Kemba Walker maybe?

Raps are probably going to end up with the handful of notable PFs (Thompson, Biyombo, Vesley, and Valaciunas) right at their spot, and no use for any of them

Maybe we can move up a spot or two for kanter? Cleveland is gonna pick irving, but t-wolves have beasly so they don't need another SF in williams, jazz have favors, al jefferson, and millsap(there frontcourt is completely set) so they might not need kanter... So we should try and trade with t-wolves and jazz for kanter! If not I'm down for bismack biyombo, we don't need a shooting pg.

Kyrie Irving and Derrick Williams were the only 2 players that were going in the first 2 spots anyway, so from 3 to 6 is anyone's guess.

Quote:
Brandon Knight 6-3 PG Kentucky / Freshman
A clutch shooter, Knight has go to ability with his quick first step and ability to create shots. Long rated at the top or near the top of his class, Knight has elite level speed and quickness for a player his size. Despite lacking much leaping ability, he's a prolific scorer with a killer instinct. Knight has a professional mind set, always looking for ways to improve his game and has worked extremely hard in the weight room resulting in a chiseled physique. He's a bigtime shooter, but detractors point to his lack of passing ability/point guard skills. An excellent end to the year guiding UK to the SEC title and 2 game winners in the NCAA tourney taking them to the Final Four has his stock on the rise. He's a potential top 10 pick if a team believes he can develop into a full time starting PG.

Man couldn't we have traded for Baron Davis' contract?

Picking 1st and 5th would be pretty wicked.

So much for getting a key building block; this draft is TERRIBLE.

I feel bad for you guys. At least you got a higher pick than my hopeless Pistons with our long term deals for Charlie V and Ben Gordon.

The Cavs' 1st pick is their own, isn't it? I thought it was the 4th overall pick that came from the trade.

Nope the 1st overall came from the Clippers trade.. Man Clippers always get screwed no matter what, I feel like the NBA rigged this draft and not because Im angry because what has happend, I mean LeBron leaves Cleveland and the odds of getting a player like him is impossible and so what Stern does is that since he has a heart he decide's to give Cleveland hope in getting that title and gives them the 1st and 4th pick. And same with Utah since they also lost D-Will and there coach. The Raptors are doomed and the NBA hates Canada and so do the players.. The odds of the Raptors winning a Championship are very unlikely mostly for the fact we must overpay players to come play overseas.

No, it was impossible for their pick from the Clipper deal to have been 4th. It had to be in the top 3, or 8,9,10,11.

LA has to be kicking themselves big time. Irving and Griffin would make that team a contender. They still have Eric Gordon as well. Instead now they are left with Jamario Moon and Mo Williams

1st overall came from the Clippers in the Baron Davis trade.

11 rebounds and 10 blocks? along with 12 points he seems like a pretty good player. He's got great speed considering he's 6'9 too.

Freakish mesurables as well.

http://www.draftexpress.com/article/...k-Biyombo-3683

7'7 wingspan on 6 feet 7 3/4 height. 4.8% body fat. Wow

No jump shot and poor free throw shooter though. And poor passer as well.

Really raw. But could be a beast if he develops well.

Still very raw but he could become one of the best to come out of this draft if he pulls it all together. He already has some great tools and is still very young so he could be worth the risk. Awesome name too.

Very raw. Just 18 years of age, so he's got lots of room to grow. I don't think we draft him though. I'd rather Knight IMO.
