I am amazingly surprised by D-Wade's transition into supreme *******. Talk about conforming to one's surroundings.

No kidding. I mean, I get that LeBron is a self-absorbed ****tard, and that Bosh has the mental maturity of a 12 year old girl, but I always had respect for Wade. Until this year. The whiny "everyone's happy the Heat are losing" speech really pissed me off.

Wade made that comment in the early part of the season when the team was hovering around .500

and the Mavs are the far more interesting team for me in the finals. Not just because I detest the Heat and what they stand for, but because Dirk is an awesome player who gets his proper due now because he put the team on his back and willed them to wins these playoffs.

and truth never excuses being a twerp. You can be truthful in a more subdued, rational manner.

Not only that, but mocking a guy like Dirk, who by all accounts is one of the classiest guys and nicest guys in the league, for being sick? What the hell is his problem? Why go after Dirk like that, why mock illness? I don't understand any of that.

All of a sudden he's a huge a-hole and I have lots of contempt for him.

The last time I wanted a team to win as badly as I do the Mavs was the 2004 Detroit Pistons. And even in 2004, the hate I had for the Lakers was nothing compared to how much I hate this cocky, arrogant, primaddona heat team. The Heat represent everything wrong with the direction the NBA is going in, and I just want them to lose again and again and again so that the name Lebron is never brought up in the same sentence as Jordan again. I'll leave you guys with this great video I found:

Pretty much.

I still think we need to take a C with the 5th.

Next years draft is stacked with SF and SG prospects (IIRC), so taking a guy like Jan doesn't make sense imo.

A 'PG' like Walker or Knight doesn't make sense because your taking a risk and hoping they can become a true PG and not become another SG. It's a waste of a pick.

A PF is also a waste imo, due to Davis having the potential to be a very good starter.

Take Kanter, and if he's gone, a guy like Valanciunas would be fine to pick.

Then with the 2nd, either trade up and take Reggie Jackson or take a flyer on a guy like Shelvin Mack in the 2nd.

A guy you hope can turn it around, and if he can't, then he's a decent option from the bench.

We don't have a 2nd round pick it was traded to the Pistons in the Carlos Delfino trade.

Haslem and Stevenson started pushing after the TO call, and Chalmers came in and grabbed Stevenson who took exception.

Alright, we have the lead again. Seeing Kidd, Marion, Terry and Dirk would be totally worth it.

You think that Tyson Chandler is happy right now that Michael Jordan torpedoed that Calderon-to-the-Bobcats trade.

and **** yes, Dirk hits it for the 10 point lead. I don't see how you can't love Dirk.

Unless you're an ******* named Dwyane Wade. Remember we were talking about what an ass he's become? He's always been one, a TO Sun article opened my eyes on it today.

Awesome. If anyone in the league deserves a title, it's Dirk.
