Big four? More like moderately average sized four.

Terribad draft.

I don't think so, there are some very good players to be had in this draft.

I agree, I think most of this "it's a terrible draft" stuff is pretty much ********.

I don't think it's a bad draft, but of course, we won't be able to judge that well for another 5ish years.

I really hope Burke can move up. If we get into top 12 position, I am willing to trade kadri + top 13 pick to get into top 4 and draft couture or landeskog.

That's just me though, I think either landeskog or Couturier is EXACTLY what this team needs.

Logan Couture is up for the draft again? I thought he was doing well this year?

The

The first overall should be more than a "good" player. Seeing as how no one has stood out as the best prospect in this draft, people shouldn't be so giddy about their picks.

I hesitate to take prospect advice from a guy who doesn't even know the name of the prospect he speaks of.

I would love Sean Coutur-average-ier, but not at the price it'll likely take. I'll take a guy like Hubudreau or Saad instead.

(Couturier's WJC was kief compared to previous #1 overall picks in previous years, wiki it)

Have you seen him play? I mean aside from the WJC?

Quality over quantity is usually the way to go but in this year's draft that might not be the case...

Doesn't mean jack****.

I could think Greg Mckegg is gonna be a 50 goal scorer, doesn't mean it's going to happen.

I be lying if I said I did really, maybe once or twice.

Mostly from scouting reports I've read about him or video's I've watched, skilled big centre man that plays a 2 way game.

I really enjoyed watching Ryan Johansen A LOT in wjc, and I think Couturier has more potential.

First of all, Kadri is not getting traded for anyone in this years draft. Kadri has better puckhandling skills than anyone in this draft, and his vision is maybe topped only by RNH.

People dont understand but we need Kadri to win. Every team that wins a cup has a player of a similar skillset who can take over a game with flash. You also need a guy who has the ability to walk through an entire team. Chicago had Kane, Pitsburgh had Malkin, Detroit had Datsyuk. Im not saying I expect him to be as good as any of these guys.

Kadri + 13th overall for top 4 pick makes no sense.

Kadri should not be in any trade rumors as far as i'm concerned...especially not for Kadri two years ago (a high pick with potential). it's a step backwards, no?

isn't Kadri exactly what this team needs? and Colborne? give them time.

I don't disagree, as I do think that would be a bit overpayment. It's just a matter of preference I suppose, and if we could get Couturier/Landeskog then I would do it.

I can understand if others wouldn't for sure.
