Waiver G to NYR

Marty Biron broke his collar bone in practice today. Of course on deadline day

any chance STL throws Conklin on re-entry? Are there any other vet G that could be an option?

Call Burke he'll throw Giggy on waivers for you.

Can you waive a player now that the deadline is passed?

I think a player can still be waived, but is ineligible for the playoffs if picked up. Don't quote me on it, though.

you can still claim someone off waivers and play them, they just cant play in the playoffs.

i'd imagine the rangers could convince someone to help them out and do this.

so did McCabe hit him with a wicked ass slapper? they should stop putting goalies in our practices, they know we can only shoot and hit the goalies chest and stomach.

Injuries are killing the Rangers this year. They should nominate Torts for the Jack Adams because of it but he'd probably break his leg if they did.

Think the Isles waive Nabokov for us?

I would offer Pascal Leclaire, but I imagine Biron will be ready to play before Leclaire.

Leclaire would somehow get injured coming off of the waiver wire, too. Better just to avoid.

Emery will be waived if Hiller ever returns from his Vertigo.

Waivers on Conklin ended at noon, the injury happened in an afternoon practice I believe.

Not 100% sure, but I believe Emery won't be waiver eligible since he hasn't played at all.

Emery has a two way deal. Can the Isles waive Nabokov already?

read Conklin is staying in STL as long as Halak is hurt. Not sure why they waived him in the first place then

McElhinney was put on waivers by Tampa right?

Just make sure your offense will be able to score 7 or more goals a night and he'll be a perfect fit.

is there a precedence for this? because I don't think players claimed after the deadline can play at all.
