Well said . I think the backend of his dig deserves to be dismissed as well . "Sad to see someone doing something just for money" ? Dude must be surrounded by heartbreak all day long .

.....

Says the highly paid public broadcaster, CBC reporter, who's mailing it in with inane comments like the above.

Doesn't backwards apply though. Poison pen only for others.

Well, as long as Friedman thinks he's doing a good job its all that counts..
I wasn't really aware of Friedmans "habits" or anything, that's why I stipulated that it might mean nothin. I should have known better than to quote one of those "TO is the center of the known inhabitable universe and we will keep kicking that Western team and feeding BS to our Eastern conglomerates as long as it keeps them happy" journalist's. Thanks for the reminder Replacement!

Upon more thought and contemplation, I retract that last statement. If I saw Steve on the street in the cold, I would pick him up and drive him to his destination.

Furthermore, I would be okay leaving my kids with him for short periods of time, if I had kids.

No, no no no, I just thought about it. I retract this statement, well part of it. I wouldn't leave my kids with him unless he took the babysitting course and I called his references and my kids were 14 years old or older.

But I would still drive him somewhere but I'd make him sit in back seat and not put his hands in his pockets once.

Are you asking if I would trust Tambo as a rigger? Of course I would.
