Very nice victory. We take two important points against a very good opponent and show that we can play a good defensive game. That must give a lot of confidence.

Then I agree with Paul completely. Marchant was outstanding and showed how important he is. He will be a bit of a key player for us now in the final stage. Our pk must be on top if we want to reach the the playoffs, and Marchant is our best penalty killer. He is always good in important games. I would not be surprised if he makes some important goals now in the end too.

I also thought that Beauchemin was very good tonight. He did his best game since his return and was really good in our own zone. I hope he continues in the same style!

Then I also have to mention Ellis. He was good tonight and did some match-winning saves. The goal they got was bad, but made up for it with some nice saves.

Red Wimps fans are the biggest crybabies in the league.

I would probably have a pretty poor outlook on life if I was unemployed and lived in the only place in North America where you can buy a house for $1 and get still get screwed.

Man, that slow-mo replay of the Salei hook & trip on the main board was classic. Wings fans disappeared faster than car industry jobs in Detroit.

Welcome Mighty Duck. You have to copy the text after the = sign and put that in the YT quotes to embed the video. Great video!

The only way it could be sweeter is if Perry was the one that got the PS and GWG. And if he did it against golden boys Lidstrom or Datsyuk.

I'm pretty sure Perry is nourished by the tears of opposing fans.

God I love beating the Red Wings, especially when their fans cry after.

Gotta love how all those Jackets and Preds fans came in there looking for attention.

Thanks to you all for welcoming me!

I have already been here for about 2 years, but I haven't registered. But now I have finally made it!

@ Mightyquack:

I only took this vid, not because I love the old franchise a bit more , due to Bobby's penalty shot. It reminds me because of the situation. OT penalty shot and eventually the win in OT. Love it!

Where do you come from? (Germany)

@ kducks
Thank you mate.

Haha yeah it is similar, not quite as noisy as it was for Bobby's though I reckon!

I'm from Trier, it's near the Luxembourg border, near Kaiserslautern!

Where abouts you from?

Not easy for a six year-old kid, to learn English. You can't compare that with our English, that we have learned in primary school. But also the "aussie" slang is not so easy.
