Oooo goodie. Nashville again. Gotta remember to stock up on Red Bull or I'll be out like a light about 1/2 way through the first period.

And c'mon guys. Wake the **** up and play.

Jon Blum playing is like the only reason I want to watch this game. I've always been pretty high on him but quite a few thought it was a risky pick by Nashville.

Can we please S T F U about Charlie Sheen? He's gotten famous by being a crazy douchenozzle.

And acting, but that's irrelevant.

Anyway, to the game? OT loss, I think.

I'm getting really sick and tired of playing these tight, defensive teams. It doesn't get any better on Saturday either as the Canucks are in Los Angeles to play the Kings. I like playing teams like the Red Wings, Blackhawks, and Sharks; talented teams that open it up like the Canucks. Is it just a coincidence that the Canucks and those other 3 teams are the top 4 teams in the West?

That being said, I like the Canucks' chances of pulling out their 2nd consecutive win. The Preds do most of their damage at home, but on the road they're 17-16-2. I don't just want to beat them, I want a lopsided victory. The Canucks are due for a dominating win and I wouldn't be surprised if it happened when we least expected it, against a sturdy defensve Preds squad.

Might have to leave half way through the 2nd period and lift weight's with this one, I get the feeling it will be another choppy defensive game.

Those teams have the most talent. Talent = option to play wide open and still win.

always an exciting game when nashville comes to town...

nashville will be falling out of the playoff picture soon if they don't get on a roll so they'll be motivated to play a tight checking game

A little risky with under twenty games to go but thats a pretty interesting line up.

Burrows on the second, and Tambellini in the press box (depending on wether or not Raymond stays woken up) and Higgins on the third when he's ready to go.

Apparently Samuelsson didn't like getting bumped to the 4th line against Columbus, so I wouldn't be surprised if he popped a couple of goals tonight.

I think the Canucks are due to put forth a solid, 60 minute effort tonight. The Sedins have been quiet lately, so I expect them to get on the board.

I'll be at the game, so hopefully the entertainment on offer is better than what was on display Tuesday.

Heh, Nashville fans seem to be coming to the realization of the true O'Brien factor. There is an O'Brien thread over there, and a lot of them are complaining about bad penalties, over-playing the puck, and pretty much all the stuff we remember. He's pretty much the same player, but we're still better off without him

I suspect that ever since Mike Fisher showed up, SOB's spent all his time trying to get invited to parties with Carrie Underwood.

Good luck to you guys... But I'm sure you all aren't the ones needing the luck, it will be us.

Anyways, here are our lines:

Willson - Legwand - Hornqvist
Spaling - Smithson - Ward
Halischuk - Geoffrion - Tootoo

Suter - Weber
Klein - Blum
Franson - O'Brien

Agreed! Not just for the Nucks in front of their home crowd, but man... it seems like it has been 3 weeks since the Preds played a halfway decent, entertaining game. At this point, we are happy to score 2 goals, much less win.
