I'm sure thats the only reason, Patrick. I'm sure.

PS It ****ing sucked. Just because you spend more money doesn't mean the characters are decent actors.

Now to balance this post out with some class, heres some Debussy.

Different sports I know, but i'm doing 2 fantasy baseball drafts right now. One is super serious and we even draft minor league/college/high school players in addition to MLBers (auction style). the second is called a razzball league. That's where your goal is to assemble the worst team possible. it's actually a lot harder because you have to monitor your team closely.

Did they need to get a license or some permission to do it? Or can you just openly film such, um, activities, at free will? Just curious.

Drafting high school kids is a little creepy.

They told the people who run the ship it was a PG-13 Pirate comedy.

I bet they'll put a clause in any future contracts (or try to) saying if you use their boat and it goes for an X-rated film, you owe them a ton of money.

Then again, maybe they SHOULD just let the porn industry use their boat. That'll help give St. Pete some cash, while the rightful plan to move the Rays to the Tampa side of the bay happens, and everybody wins.

Watching Breaking Bad again.. End of season 2 was pretty good. Beginning of Season 3 has been good thus far as well.

Bit of confusion though.. Help me out LightningStrikes

Spoil:
So Jesse just bought his aunt's old house; the one he used to live in. He did it as an anonymous buyer and basically blackmailed them into selling the house at half price.

He is sitting in his house listening to the voice mail of his deceased girlfriend, over and over. All of a sudden it cuts to a scene of him suiting up in his "cook" gear in some strange lab that as far as I remember has never been shown in the series. Where the **** is this lab and what was the point of this scene. Is this some attempt at foreshadowing or something?

The scene was literally like 3 seconds long and as far as I can tell has no relevance whatsoever. It just doesn't make sense because he is obviously in no emotional state to cook at the moment and the scene seems really out of place.

Help me understand?

EDIT: NM. Went back and watched the scene again. Apparently it is the RV, but the lab portion of the RV looks completely different (maybe that is how it looked after they did the huge last cooking. Did they upgrade their lab at that point? I can't remember.

That's episode 3 of season 3, right?
Spoil:
It's been a long time since I watched the show, so I'm not sure. I think he doesn't have much money left after he bought the house, right? So my guess is he starts cooking again to a) do something else than calling Jane's voicemail and b) to get some money. And you're right, I remember that I was quite surprised by the interieur and the equipment of the RV in the cooking scene. Because when they were in the desert with an empty car battery did they really have four or five of those vessel/bowl things? After all it's still the stolen stuff from Walt's school. Or maybe Jesse invested in a new lab, honestly I don't know / can't remember.
