172. Patrik Norén Leksand
Lateborn 92 that is a good choice at this point of the draft. Twoway-defencemen that have great vision, good skating and is calm and solid in his own end. Was on his way to a great season but got injured and missed 1/3 of the games.
Leksand is doing a good job at developing d-men right now, with OEL being the most famous one. Erik de la Rose is another one draft eligble for this year, but Norén is clearly the better pick.
Despite being overlooked at the CSS Midterm Rankings, Kucherov is having a great season so far and deserves a look. Captain of the CSKA Juniors at MHL, where he made great numbers (22G + 28A in 35 GP), youngest player nominated for this year's MHL All-Star Game, and already playing at KHL with the CSKA. If any team take a chance with him, and let it develop a couple of years, gaining experience and regular ice minutes with the pros, he can turn a steal.
