does anybody even predict losses for the Canucks anymore?
I usually do, in fact when the canucks went on that tear earlier on in the season, I continuously predicted losses, and they just kept winning. (That was more not to jinx them though)
I try to be pretty reasonable about predictions, try to factor in data about the opposition, how the canucks usually play against that opposing team, then make my decision.
Anaheim has a big strong team and they usually give the canucks all they can handle, and tend to play quite well against them. That being said, the Ducks are probably the last team Vancouver wants to face in the playoffs; so I think Vancouver comes out strong and wins this 4-3 in OT.
I live in Dawson Creek. There is a pretty good reastaurant called "Orion". NOBODY, including the family that runs it, pronounces it like the constellation. Everybody pronounces it like "orient" without the "t". Drives me bat**** for some reason.
Looks like another big crowd of Vancouver fans in the rink.... must be a good weekend away.... travel down Friday night to LA, attend matinee on Saturday, drive to Anaheim Saturday night, catch Anaheim game Sunday evening, fly back on the red eye to Vancouver for work on Monday....
