LOL!

Note: Rundblad and Erixon are very good friends, more close than Larsson, you think Rundblad persuaded Erixon to not sign with Calgary?

Cause they have 50 contracts, is the word going around, they have like 54 is you count em on capgeek... Sutter...

EDIT: twitterverse was saying stuff about 50 contract limit but I recounted them myself and they have like 38 going into next season so its not that.... its seems to be something between calgary and erixon camp, what that is, i have no clue

this is anders forsberg, master recruiter, at work.

watch, he'll tell all teams at the draft that he doesnt want to be drafted and the sens will pick him up in the 3rd.

I wouldn't want to wait that long, but that would be the silver lining to this season . Oh please God make it so.

We'd have one of the biggest log jams on defence but that means we can trade Weirchioch or someone.

Only problem could be a few years down the road when all of 'em want a brand spanking new UFA contract...

so larsson, erixon, runblad, cowen have no nhl experience.... kind of hard to say best defence ever.

If we are looking at BPA we could move him for the 35th overall pick in our possesion thus grabbing a steal. Then hopefully we would be able to flip Wiercoich, only thing that would hold us back from accomplishing our goal is next years draft is just stocked with defensive talent.

Would we be able to get a 1st rounder and it one territory for Wiercoich who could add a Calder Cup Ring to his resume? God knows we could three firsts to become draft tanks

i dont know what everyone else thinks, but I wouldn't mind trading the 21st for him, if we could sign him.
i doubt that he will be available at that spot, and calgary would get some compensation for a guy that they're about to lose. then maybe trade wiercioch in some sort of package?

Cowen - Rundblad
Erixon - Lee

If he's willing to sign here, I'd say Wiercioch plus one of the 2nd round picks and hope Calgary goes for it.

What a filthy young D core we'd have.

I'd take it but it looks really soft, don't think we'd be scaring any legit playoff teams with this D.

They'd probably be the best looking D in the league - but it would be nice to have a few guys with scares, some ugliness and some mean looks besides Cowen
