Hawks just need to come in ready and dictate the play like they have been; I'm sure Tallon has money on the board and we'll see a strong effort from the Panthers. Vokoun has been pretty rough his last two starts, so I expect a good one from him.

that video made me laugh ... much quirkier and funnier than all those stupid inside jokes Eddie O and Foley like to exchange.

Weird, would've thought Turco would be starting this one.

I could see Turco getting some starts once there is larger gap from the teams behind the Hawks. And right now they are on a roll, so why mess with it.

This game seems like the perfect streak breaker. A sub .500 team with nothing to lose coming out strong against a team that's been on the road and playing another back-to-backer. In all likelihood we should beat Florida but these are the types of games that end up being the toughest.

I wouldn't expect a blowout if I were you.

I could be wrong, as this roster really sucks, but as a Panthers fan, I can tell you this team is usually involved in one-goal games. Hard-working team with little talent. Plus, they'll probably come out with a strong effort tonight, facing Dale Tallon's former team.

Hopefully you guys can beat us in regulation, though. We don't need anymore points.

Don't know if anyone is keeping track, but if we win this game it ties a franchise record for consecutive wins with 9.

Hopefully we win tonight and beat the record tomorrow, come on Hawks!

Nevermind, 11 games in 91-92, must only count regular season.

As long as we kick it into high gear from start to finish and don't underestimate they'll be fine. It is these kind of games that can end up being WTF heart breakers.

Santorelli with a pair in a 3-2 shootout win. Toews and Dowell with our goals.

Hossa from Bolland, Sharp from Kane and toews in the first.

Bolland from Frolik and Keith in the second.

Florida makes it interesting with a pair from Booth and Kulikov, but Frolik finishes them off with an ENer from Brouwer and Keith.

Crawford makes 24 saves.

4-2 Hawks.

That is an absurd thing to say

Hawks could come out flat or our D can crumble and STK wont matter

Lets play 60 minutes before making statements like this
