My god...

Sometimes I love the shootout sometimes I hate it.

I knew once they scored first in it they would probably win...

Big point but we had so many chances...

Ah, lame.

Well, at least we got a loser point out of it after spotting them a three goal lead.

Lehtonen really cost them a point tonight. He was way too deep in the shootout and the third goal was all on his bad positioning.

But at the same time, he did help them keep a point when Calgary was coming in OT so you can't blame him entirely. The entire team was damn flat in the first. They do need to stop that.

I'll take the point, especially after the way it started.

Should've won it in the 3rd and/or OT though. ughhhh.

would have been thrilled to get both, should have finished it on the PP to end regulation. I guess I can't complain to much after being down 3-0

Ribeiro is filthy. Takes balls to try that to tie it up. Shame they couldn't win after dominating the last two periods.

If this team would just stop being ******** in the 1st period, we're going to do some damage in the playoffs I think. Maybe these guys just need more prep, they seem to adjust well after the 1st, but that 1st period is killing them right now. It's incredibly impressive how confident and steady we are that we come from behind so much, but it's going to tire us out physically and mentally down the stretch.

Well a frustrating but not unexpected loss. The Stars had plenty of amazing chances to win before the shootout but just couldn't do it. Goligoski's first bad game, the team's total lack of readiness to play, and something being just not right with Kari was too much to overcome. But at least we got some RibsMagic (sauve, creamy & nasty? ) and a point for our troubles. Pray we don't play any Canadian teams in the playoffs.

Should have ended it on that 3on1 in OT. Argh.

We got 1 point after being down 3-0.

well damn....Ribs goal was CHEEEEKY. Sucks we lost but there are positives in the loss.

- We came back from down 0-3 in the first and got a point
- We didn't get a shootout win and Flames now have 8 I think which is good for everyone else who are fighting for a playoff spot.

pretty much my thoughts all around.

Absolutly brutal game by Goligoski. He could of had an easy hat trick tonight with all the scoring chances he blew. He wasn't the only guy with the chance to win the game for us tonight, but he was definetly the guy with the most chances. That's not even mentioning all the godawful turnovers and poor defence.

I was going to say that only picking up a loser point isn't a terrible blow for Dallas, but if every single other team in the conference continues to win all the time then they need to start finishing these things out in regulation.

Goes without saying, but it's a must win game two nights from now.
