Max Pacioretty - Get well wishes from Bruins fans

A horrific hit. Unfortunate circumstances and I am just posting to wish Max Pacioretty a healthy return.

That's classy. As a hab fan all I hope is the guy is alright. Could be a career turn for the kid. We can't wish that to any player, regardless of heated rivalries.

Like him or not, he's a New England boy. Best of luck to him.

A complete miracle in regards to Pacioretty: he just spoke to the paramedics on his way to the hospital.

Its really early and I expect to be spending the rest of the night cleaning up other threads, but I really hope Pacioretty is OK. Obviously he was seriously injured and I've seen similar stuff in the past (Sergei Nemchinov in a playoff game for the Devils too that stanchion glass in the face before they had a turnbuckle).

Just gruesome to watch and I wish him the best,

I approve of this thread.

Really pulling for Pacioretty to be alright and hoping that he comes back strong and healthy.

As much as Bruins fans are notorious for loving their violence, I can't imagine anyone with integrity is cheering that play. Horrific stuff that I just hate to see.

good to hear that he is moving and talking, hate him as a hab but love him as a New England boy.

Hope everything goes well and for a fast recovery so we can beat on him in the playoffs

Listened to the radio and I just got to see the hit when I arrived home. It was about as bad as I thought, I just can't imagine that Chara timed his hit so that the middle stantion delivered the blow.

Just saw the replay on the main boards. Hope he is ok and this doesn't affect his career. Brutal hit, never like seeing that stuff.

Best wishes for a speedy recovery.

I heard he seems to be moving all limbs and awake. I am happy to hear this.
