I always respected Chara, even if he was borderline dirty against the habs. Always thought he was a very clean player for his his size, always thought he was a great player, always... etc.

This is over. What a dirty piece of ****. **** you Chara, you better ****ing apologize for this ugly hit and beg for pardon you *******.

Hope that MaxPac won't be out as long as Savard, Perron, Bouchard, etc.

Please, get well Max

Everytime Max was injured, we thought: no way is he playing next game...only to prove us wrong and become a better player and amaze us all with his skills.

This guy is saiyan like

He is out for at least a week because he lost counciousness(sp?) (league rule).

Get well soon Max

Take your time to recover, Max. Nothing less than a full and complete recovery.

Just saw this on L'Antichambre also, he appears to be fine and should miss a week to ten days, after which he would have to pass concussion tests to play

Lost a huge part of our offense and physical element to the team, but first and foremost we should all be hoping this kid a speedy recovery and hope that he's going to be okay. The game and its outcome was a non-factor after watching that hit, I thought he was dead on the ice.. **** i was shaking for the whole third period..

Get better man!

I thought that Patches was paralyzed. Never seen such a vicious hit to a Habs' player for a long long time. I could not watch the 3rd period. After the hit, everything become secondary.

After the hit, when they switched back to Pacioretty, and he was lying motionless, I feared for the worst... now I'm just happy about the good news, but damn, what dumbass hit...

Ditto. That was really scary. Took me right out of the game much in the way the Williams-Koivu incident did but for two different reasons.

Solid post. Hope the guy is ok.

When I watched this live i got really pissed off. but then thought to myself. Wow he is what 22 years old? just starting his young career, and couldn't help but wonder, did his parents just watch that, i couldn't imagine being his parents and watching that happen, get well soon kid, but not too soon, take your time don't rush anything. and league should use this as a statement if they really want this kind of hit out of the game, blindside cuz he didnot see chara... secondly. Why was Chara a defencemen hitting him in the middle of ice at the bench when his forwards should be watching max and chara shouldve been playing his point getting back into position eh? dont tell me he was gunna hit him on purpose he dont like patches after that lil shove after his ot winner think chara forgot bout the shove i dont i think this was textbook retaliation and think the statement should be season and playoffs for chara, i mean the rocket got season and playoffs for hitting a ref who held him so the bruin player could punch him a few times so why cant chara get it for something much worse?

And I fully believe him, just seeing him not retaliate or doing anything when Gomez was speaking to him was telling, he was in shock...

I dont care he isnt back this year, I just hope he fully recover and come back when he is physically and mentally 100% ready.. Get well Max..

Dont even want to comment about the agressor, not worth mentionning his name.. I will also say that I expect nothing from Campbell Betman and cie, they are making that beautiful sport a second order one, this league wont get better as long as you will have the same ******** managing it..

Crocodile's tears. Why don't our fanbase agree not to mention his name in our board. He does not deserve to be mentioned anywhere here.
