yes, sadly with no real competition, it will be gloves. He came into our lives like a breath of fresh... nitrous oxide, and then left us hanging like a hooker in the breeze.

I was just playing down to the competition...or something.

We all know we're not going to adopt a theme.

We can adopt a theme, its stumbling upon one that is the bigger problem. It would be hilarious though, to have the gloved advatar theme in place for when gloves inevitably gets out of where ever he is and gets back online.

Nicky getting a few nights off might be just what the doctor ordered, I will miss him but hopefully he comes back with some more bounce in his step.

You can't link to searches that way because of the redirects. But yes, he's Miller30Sabres.

lol TX

In protest he changed his name.

Or, he got banned from Kettler for "stocking" as he would say, naturally.

I don't want to get too far off topic, and let's not dwell on him, but he said he changed his name on the Sabres board because Varly was his friend and he didn't want his name to be after a "friend" but instead a "hero".

I'm envisioning a gloves theme merged with the MS Paint theme from last year...

or as stated earlier a Haagen-Dazs or bust theme.

Backstrom will be missed, but the Oilers are a bottom 3 team--arguably the worst in the league--and will be without Hall. No excuse not to win this one and keep the momentum rolling.

Tampa hosts Chicago so it could be a 4-point gap 12 hours from now.

Was hoping Backstrom would keep the streak going for much longer

Ah well, easy number to remember!

As a Jew not sure how well the Nazi theme playoff push would go over .... that said, I'd probably bite my tongue for a cup.

I don't think any of us were seriously considering that.

Too much to ask?

I fear the team coming out emotionally flat after the huge game in TB.

I'm saying the Caps fall behind 2-0 early on.
