Me and Tiger must be watching from different rinks. LOL
I went to Carnegie, I dont know where Tiger went? LOL
I have gone out on a limb, and expressed my opinions on what I hear and feel, but at the end, it may all be for not, as we all are aware that its not always the logical that happens.
Too many factors in play, especially with OHL draft.
I still challenge Tiger to make his top 10 list. Dont worry Tiger, we wont expose you to your draft table/team. Your camp may know one list, but what the other teams do, will not be exactly similar to yours.

Cmon, jump in the cold water. Give it a shot. LOL
Its not about that. I know that I wont be 'exposed'.
Its about respect to my agreement. If someone asks me to do a job, I do that job. Part of my agreement is complete disclosure with them and them only. I cant look them in the eye and tell them they are the only ones that have that info If I also put it out on here.
Hey Tiger, I respect your decision and integrity, but I am just trying to be persistent and maybe squeezing out some of that valuable knowledge.
Ok, then can you at least look at my list and advise how many picks do you feel are correct, without naming them. Just the amount of the top 10 that you feel might be correct.
it got dicey later in the 1st round so i went with guys that i recognized and new would be going fairly high, hope you guys enjoy, criticism would be helpful
do you guys really feel ho-sang will slide that much
i figure he's the best playmaker in the draft and kingston has some good young 94 dmen but lack the offensive weapon like ho-sang or others
I don't see him not going #2, but that's just me. It's the same thing that happened to Tavares at his NHL draft, and he's looking like the right pick right now.

Great mock, looks good. The majority of the top ten is there, and it takes guts to do a full first round. Good job.
Why would the Petes take McKeown? They have a bunch of defenceman and need forwards bad, especially centers. It makes no sense for them to take a defenceman and more so if McDavid gets exceptional status.
Would Ho-Sang and McCann not report to the Petes?
I agree with Tigers recent comments about McKeown and defenceman vs forwards in this draft.

I've always been under the impression that Kingston is going to take Ho-Sang with whatever pick they had. I was under the impression that Erie had someone else lined up ahead of Ho-Sang, even if McDavid doesn't get exceptional status. But I may be wrong there. Kingston taking Ho-Sang is is based on his talent, and the fact that he'll probably cause a few more tickets to be sold at the K-Rock (which for those who haven't gone is a beautiful rink). I've seen a few people on here suggest Kingston will go after McKeown. I haven't heard that personally. But I'm not in a position to contradict anyone that has either.

Ive heard both sides of the coin. There is no question that he has plateaued. He would be a lock except for a few issues. He doesnt listen to the coach at all. I find that to be an issue. He does things his way. He can be a fantastic playmaker there is no doubt. The best playmaker in the draft is Connor Mcdavid.

Been saying the same thing for a while now. Ho-Sang will go #2 is McDavid gets the expected approval for exceptional status. Not sure about who would go #1 if its not Ho-Sang, but thats an interesting thought.

I agree, good attempt. Takes some guts to through the top 22 out there.
I think Bennett will go lower then where most have him. I also happen to think that Salituro will go higher then that. I dont have Spinozzi, Abou Assaly or Miller in my first, but they are not far off.
Oh yeah. Just ask Sean Monahan and Aaron Berisha what a great OHL Cup can do for you.
Good point garyboy. Aaron Berisha was a 4th rounder for the bulls, does anyone think or know if he has any plans to come to belleville this fall? I think he is playing for a private school in the US?
Monahan is mr clutch and he had a fantastic OHL cup. But remember guys, he was the Rebels best player, and was only drafted 16th or 17th overall.
He has been very lucky, as he fit in fantastically with a team that plays him on the right line. Doesnt hurt to play with Toffoli, game in and game out, and on the PP all the time.
Kujawinski wasnt played right in Sarnia, and now on Kingston, he is excelling.
You can be a star, but if you are on the wrong team, nothing will help you.

I would be shocked if a team chooses a guy at #2 that will NOT listen to his coach and does not play the team game.

I definitely agree with this to an extent. Development is an overlooked aspect in the CHL, IMO. It's a major reason why some of the top teams are at the top, and the bottom teams are at the bottom.
Certain style/types of players fit better with different teams and systems.

Are you Ken Strong? Because if not, you really don't need to be ragging on a 15 year old kid on the internet. True or not.
I would also add David Perklin to the list. Down the stretch he played really well in the GTHL finals and OHL Cup. This shot him up the draft rankings into the first round. Personally I didn't agree with the 1st rd selection, but you can't deny that he played a factor for the Marlies down the stretch.
you may consider thqt Barrie had a couple of marlies in this past weekend....they usually only do that with players they are interested in takig in the first round...I wont name the two kids...but consider that when mock-drafting.

Without a doubt. Devo Smith-Pelly is on that list too. There's tons of guys that boost their draft stock each year at the OHL Cup.
Barrie will be picking about 12-13 and should be looking at forwards like Bennett, Lindo, and Addison. At the 12th or 13th pick Bennett would be a steal, but Lindo and Addison would be too high for either of them, and may be able to get one of them in the 2nd round. If not, then they can concentrate on Cramarossa or Graham for the late 2nd round.
