I say Kipper should start. Start HK for the games vs the Avs and Oilers (2 each)...

Maybe Vancouver will take San Jose down in regulation and open up a window for the Flames.
How so? We would have 4th. To do any better than 4th we need to be better than Vancouver. SJ need to win as many games as they can imo and put teams in our rear view for us.

Just interesting to note that Dallas plays Phoenix and Chicago plays Detroit on the last day of the season, Sunday the 10th. We obviously have the game against the Nucks on Saturday so we may have to hope and pray for a loss from one of those teams even after our season is over.

Nashville leads Minnesota 3-0 ending the 2nd so hopefully that is settled in regulation.

If someone came to me from one hour in the future and told me that we didn't score today I wouldn't be shocked.

One positive: if Backlund played like this every game he'd earn the ice time some people on here want him to play. He's probably been our best forward this game for the first time all year.

Well, that was disappointing.

This one was all Bryzgalov. Dude stood on his head, and the Flames PP sucked.

Bryzgalov is practically krptonite for the Flames. Like Voukon was.

Sigh! Hope Jackman's alright, took a Bourque slap shot off the foot, didn't see him for the last 5 minutes of the game.
