Subban, 7uongo and sisters, wow. We just need to add some Burke, Cooke and we'll have the whole main board in one thread...

yeah , I hate Cammalleri and just have to laugh at the Gomez situation , but Gionta has been ''ok'' for his salary and considering he's captain you have to give him respect so here I am.

I bet you loved Cammalleri's 13 goals in last years playoffs. His season has left a poor taste in your mouth, but he could easily light it up in a month this time around as well.

Nah , don't put intention or words in my mouth , I'm notorious on the habs board for my justified Cammalleri hate , I'm not really a bipolar kind of fan , I just can't stand him , imo he was just lucky to hit a hot streak at the right time , wont happen again.

As much as I hate the kid's adrenaline rush and his ego, I know that I'll eventually like him a lot. I watched the game at the gym, and he played a great game. I may bash him here and there every now and then, but the kid has potential. He's ruining it for a lot of people by the things that he does, but I think he'll be a great, more-disciplined hockey player (hopefully) in the coming years.

Amazing that both of his brothers are also likely to pursue NHL careers. (not sure about Belleville's Malcolm, the goaltender. Although Jordan is a top prospect for the upcoming OHL priority selection.)

I like the thought of future ATD'ers.

While watching Derek Stepan today, he also has potential one day to be in the ATD, maybe a top-flite MLDer.

pretending to take off one's helmet while engaging in a fight is not just having an "in your face attitude".

I'm sure that part of his game will dissipate, but the feeling I'm getting from some people is that they believe he'll stop trash talking on the ice and things like that. That's never going to go away. That's his game, and it's working.

He definitely needs to drop some of the doucheiness...but being a pest is often considered a good thing, in some ways.

He'll mature. Though completel different actions, certainly, let's not forget how much Crosby was slammed for crying.

SUPER fun, and addictive!

serious hockey historians, go make your mark in the rankings of players!

http://www.hockey-reference.com/friv/elo.cgi

most are easy, it's an early ATD pick versus a later ATD pick, or ATD vs. MLD, or MLD vs. i-would-never-draft-them... most I don't have to think too hard about. I have blown a good half hour at this!

It's so consuming because of the desire to fix the absolutely awful rankings.

so true. I just had to tell the damn thing Bob Gainey was better than Jerry Toppazzini. Then I noticed Gainey's rating was around 400. (not his ranking, his rating. His ranking would be much worse)

not too long ago tonight, Tony Esposito was the top-ranked goalie. I swear I had nothing to do with this!

I swear, I am picking the player ranked lower at least half the time.

rankings that made me throw up a little:

Hejduk over Pilote
Greg Adams over Mosienko
Ulf Dahlen over Craig Ramsay
