Ryan Strome - "The Unnatural"

My new Strome Video. Needless to say, I took some creative liberties.

Oh boy. Hard to pass on that when draft day rolls around. Larsson+Strome ideal draft.

You rule.
This video rules.
Are you Slick Rick? Because the Ruler's Back.
You must be good at math, because you are a rule.
Are you against head hits? Because head hits are against the rules.

To me, this guy just doesn't have that good hockey name. Strome sounds wierd, not cool, and IMO you don't want to draft a guy like that.

Strome sounds a ****load smoother than Landeskog or Nugent-Hopkins.

Trying to reserve judgment until after I see him tomorrow, but... damn, the kid's got moves.

Smooth doesn't mean cool. LANDESKOG. Sounds like it could mean ****machine in swedish for all I know, and in my books, that counts for something.

I can't help but see a little StevieY there. I think he's a great prospect.

Is it just me or did 90% of his offense come at the top of the right faceoff circle?

Nice player, does things at high speed. If we get him and he plays like that I'll be happy.

So would picking him qualify as unnatural selection?

Strome is a slick sounding name imo. Also the man has mad skills I mean honestly...he's a snipe show and he's got amazing playmaking abilities. Also while his and RNH's skating is different he's at least on the same level skating ability wise.

I'll say it again. I think Strome is the most talented player that will come out of this draft at least offensively.

Great video FQL.

This guy or RNH, I'll take either.

These will be the most skilled players to come out of the Top 5.

Thanks for the kind words folks. I have a busy work schedule over the next week but I'm going to start working on videos for the Saint Johns Seadog prospects. Not sure if I'll do one video featuring them all or 4 separate videos. Probably the latter, it'll just take more time.

I'd like to have videos for the top 10 prospects in this year's draft (in my eyes) done by the draft so I can do a YouTube top 10. Other guys I plan on doing are Mark Stone (for the sens hf faithful), Matt Dumba, Shane Prince, Tyler Toffoli, Ryan Martindale and Nail Yakupov. I really want to do a Jensen one but the highlights available for Oshawa games sucks. I'll have to work pretty hard for that one.

I'm fine with RNH and Strome, but still rather RNH > Strome.
