I'm well aware of that.
Everyone else is adding Boychuk and Sutch; want to let me know what their ceiling is?
Oh yeah, the same as Legault's.
We're down to prospects that have little upside or a low probability of reaching their full potential, so I'm not really seeing what your is point.
Legault has progressed this season nicely IMO and I have him above Boychuk and Sutch for now because he's been able to have an impact at the professional level.
He at least has a bit of scoring touch, which shows he can play the game, and he's stepped up at key times for Portland, showing he has some character.
Let's see if Boychuk becomes anything more than a goon and if he can even play hockey and if Sutch can keep himself from being a healthy scratch in the O before saying they are better than Legault.
Well, a good point. There's definitely a hair's breadth between their upsides, IMO. I'd also say that after Knapp went up I could probably pick just about any of these guys equally. Well, anyone but Eno anyway. And Jokinen.
I'd also point out that the Sabres have had 3 chances to sign Legault to date and haven't so far. And he was drafted as a 20 year old while Sutch was 18 and Boychuk was 19, so there's still some projection there, however small that might be.
