Goalie off-season training program

Hi, is there anyoe that could help me to build a off-season training program for a goalie. I am 17 years old and I want to play Junior C next year I need to build up my frame of 5'10" and 160 lbs. Basically I want to work my balance and stability on my skates while adding some strength and power to my lateral movements, I also want to work my overall body muscles too and work on my refexes. I don't really have time to go to the gym because the nearest gym is at 30-40 min from my house and it doesn't fit with my school and work schedule to go there. I don't really have equipement to train either. I want your help cuz I know some exercises but not enough to have a solid workout and on internet I can't find any workout that are without any machine. Thanks for the help

The only "equipment" you will need is a good stability ball, foam roller and some dumbbells. Getting or making a slideboard would be helpful too, but the above is what you would need for the program.

I'm still a huge fan of kettlebell training. It's great cardio and will help with overall strength but won't make you bulky. It should also help with range of motion and some flexibility.

Kettlebells are good, but IMO, you need someone who knows what they are doing to show you the proper technique first. You can really get hurt if you use them improperly.

Thanks for the help, the first link looks interesting, the kettlebell too but it's not quite what I want, but maybe I'll try if I have a chance during the summer. If anybody has something esle it would be apreciate the more choices I have the more ready I'll be.

As well my son and use a pitch back and a lacrosse ball to help with glove hand workouts.
