They were Russia's most consistent line start to finish. Yes they sucked against Canada but that was on small ice and Zino was playing injured.
Zinoviev has been very average this year though.
I knew they would get exposed by a good checking team like Canada on small ice which is why I wasn't in favour of taking them for the olympics. Having said that this tourny will be played on proper ice so they should fare much better, I say reunite them and give them a chance to see if they can rekindle some of that magic that they had together a while back.
With the year that he had, combined with his excellent chemistry with Radulov and Russia's uncertainty at Center position, I would say Grigorenko has a very good shot.
Radulov is a star and a sure name, but Grigorenko isn't better than anybody else. Bykov won't take a guy who isn't playing in team right now. Zinoviev and Anisimov (I guess Rags won't last long) will be 2 another centers. I think.
